Our Process:

1. A surveyor will physically come out and take measurements, assess the property and note a description of findings

2. The surveyor will assist you in completing our questionnaire for details of the report. These will be the details of the applicant and sponsor. You will need to provide proof of ownership or tenancy agreement. This can be scanned electronically on site.

3. Once we have completed the assessment, we will e-mail you the report first within 24 working hours, so that you can check for any spelling mistakes/errors and then post it to you first class.
